Tele-Calling Job Description
ASV Fintech is a leading Ed-Tech & Digital Company committed to providing exceptional services/products to our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated female candidates to join our dynamic team as Tele-callers.
Job Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products/services, following a provided script while also maintaining a natural conversation flow.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads from various sources and maintain a detailed database of contacts.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that align with our offerings.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our services/products and report findings to the management team.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets and contribute to team goals.
Skills & Qulifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & Minimal English, with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Persuasiveness: Ability to influence and persuade potential customers while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
